Cape Sounion

In 2025, I went on an unforgettable road trip through Greece, discovering its rich history, fascinating culture, and beautiful landscapes. The journey began in Athens, before continuing to Delphi, once considered the centre of the ancient world. In the Peloponnese, I explored Mycenae, Epidaurus, Mycenae, Argos, Sparta and Olympia. Along the way, traditional villages, olive groves and mountains made the journey a wonderful combination of history, culture, nature, and authentic Greek life.

Cape Sounion is a spectacular coastal site at the southern tip of Attica, best known for the Temple of Poseidon overlooking the Aegean Sea. Its ancient ruins, rocky coastline, and wide sea views create a striking combination of history and landscape, especially in the warm light of sunset.
